At Bones Coffee Company, we are brewing bold ideas and big growth in the CPG and eCommerce space. We are adding to our team and seeking an experienced, detail-oriented eCommerce Manager -DTC Growth who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle programs, driving revenue growth and improving marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in subscription-based businesses, site merchandising, digital media and a strong working knowledge of email/SMS marketing. A strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making is a key competency. This individual will work closely with the cross-functional partners throughout the business to drive growth initiatives. What You'll Do Execute acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives across paid and owned channels
Monitor the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Analyze and recommend changes based on performance metrics including MER, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CVR and churn
Support email/SMS lifecycle marketing, automation, and retention strategies
Help grow and optimize subscription and loyalty programs to increase recurring revenue and customer engagement
Partner cross-functionally with creative, product, finance, operations and agency teams
Develop testing strategies and dashboards to improve campaign performance and reporting What you Bring
5-7 years of DTC or eCommerce marketing experience
Strong background in paid media, and lifecycle marketing within subscription-based programs
Experience with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam
Experience managing Shopify ecosystems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
