This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating deliveries, handling phone support, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced online retail environment. You will work alongside our existing support team to help cover daytime U.S. operations and ensure excellent customer experiences while collaborating with our overseas staff.
