We offer a high-design, fast-paced environment where you will lead, manage and execute marketing projects from concept to completion. The Role We are seeking a high-caliber Marketing & E-Commerce Supervisor to serve as the strategic 'connective tissue' between our internal marketing team, external agency partners, and all key functional areas—including Creative, Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting—to ensure seamless execution across the entire product lifecycle. You will be a critical thinker, using a data-driven approach to lead omni-channel marketing initiatives and pivot strategies in real-time to ensure revenue goals are met across all platforms. This role leads a talented team (Marketing Associate and E-Commerce Specialist) and manages the operational flow of deliverables for Amazon, DTC, and Wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities Multi-Channel Launch Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end execution of our entire portfolio including new product launches across Amazon, DTC, and Wholesale, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery in all channels.
Agency & Amazon Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison for external agencies (Digital, Retail Strategy, and Amazon partners). You will be responsible for coordinating with the creative Project Coordinator the timely delivery of all creative assets required for refresh campaigns and catalog management.
Team Leadership & Accountability:
Coordinate the daily efforts of the Marketing Associate and E-Commerce Specialist; manage project schedules, mitigate risks, and maintain the highest standards of departmental output.
Influencer & Creator Strategy:
Develop and own the end-to-end influencer roadmap to drive both brand equity and ROI. You will move the program from reactive gifting to a high-performance, ROI-driven marketing channel.
Platform Mastery:
Create and Lead our presence on affiliate platforms (specifically LTK and/or ShopMy ) to optimize creator commissions and recruit high-converting talent.
Campaign Integration:
Work closely with the creative team to ensure influencers are briefed with the right seasonal assets and that their content is strategically amplified across our DTC, Amazon, and Social channels.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Define and track KPIs across the mar-tech stack and advertising budgets. You must be able to analyze performance data to identify revenue opportunities or technological gaps.
Brand Integrity & QC:
Conduct rigorous quality control across all marketing content, website amendments, pricing changes, and Amazon listings to ensure 100% accuracy and brand alignment. Ideal Candidate Profile 4-6
Years Experience:
Proven track record in e-commerce (Shopify Plus) and multi-channel marketing management.
Strategic Excellence:
A critical thinker who uses data to solve problems and pivot strategies to meet sales targets.
Influencer Fluency:
Experience with influencer marketing platforms is required; specific experience with LTK or ShopMy is highly desired.
Process-Driven:
A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for creating efficient, scalable workflows.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$62,000
  • $68,000 per year (DOE).

Physical Demands:
