Curated metaphysical retail Practitioner offices and wellness suites Classroom and workshop programming A 750 sq ft event auditorium In-house product lines Community-based experiences and ritual offerings We are seeking an experienced Growth & Operations Lead to help strengthen systems, support digital growth, improve operational structure, and assist in scaling the business into its next phase of expansion. This is a leadership-oriented role for someone who understands how to bring organization, momentum, and measurable growth to a creative and community-centered business. ⸻ Position Overview This role begins as a 30-day independent contractor (1099) performance-based trial period with opportunity for extension and long-term leadership growth based on demonstrated results, initiative, organization, and alignment with company vision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, systems-oriented, proactive, financially literate, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable balancing project management, operational coordination, online sales growth and digital business strategy, scheduling, communication systems, and business development support in a fast-moving environment. ⸻ Core Responsibilities Online Sales & Digital Growth Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and customer retention Manage website updates, product listings, collections, and digital merchandising Strengthen social media sales channels, engagement, and promotional strategy Support launches, campaigns, email marketing, and customer communication systems Track online performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth Stay current on online retail trends, social commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools Systems, Operations & Project Management Strengthen workflows, organization, accountability systems, and operational efficiency Coordinate timelines, scheduling, task management, and project execution Implement systems that support scalability and smoother day-to-day operations Maintain organized communication and operational follow-through across multiple areas of the business Independently resolve routine operational issues and maintain forward momentum Practitioner Suites, Events & Programming Support occupancy growth and coordination for practitioner offices and wellness suites Assist with scheduling systems, participation standards, and operational communication Coordinate class and event logistics, timelines, and promotional execution Track programming performance and identify opportunities for consistency and growth Strategic Operations Support Help maintain organized communication flow between leadership, practitioners, staff, vendors, and clients Prioritize operational needs and support efficient daily function across the business Assist with execution of launches, partnerships, expansion projects, and growth initiatives Support operational clarity that allows leadership to remain focused on creative direction and long-term expansion Financial & Performance Awareness Monitor KPIs related to online sales, occupancy, programming, and revenue growth Utilize Square POS reporting and operational data to support decision-making Understand healthy small business operational practices, margins, and sustainability Think in terms of systems, utilization, performance, and measurable outcomes ⸻ What Success Looks Like Increased online sales and customer engagement Stronger operational systems and accountability Improved practitioner occupancy and organization Consistent class and event programming cadence Measurable growth across multiple revenue streams Operational clarity that supports sustainable expansion ⸻Ideal Candidate You:
Have experience with e-commerce, online retail growth, operations, or hybrid service-based businesses Understand digital marketing, social commerce, and customer engagement Are highly organized and capable of leading without constant supervision Think in systems, performance, margins, and sustainable growth Can balance creative environments with operational structure Are proactive, steady under pressure, and outcome-driven Preferred Experience Square POS Website and e-commerce management Social media sales platforms Email marketing systems Digital merchandising and online product management Project management and operational systems Event coordination and launch execution KPI reporting and operational analysis Additional Qualifications Background in business management, operations leadership, or organizational development is a strong plus Marketing, branding, digital sales, or content strategy experience highly valued Education in business, marketing, communications, management, entrepreneurship, or related fields is preferred but not required Equivalent real-world experience, proven growth results, and operational leadership are equally valued ⸻ Contract Structure This position begins as a 30-day 1099 performance-based contract focused on implementing measurable improvements in organization, operational systems, online growth, and revenue support. The position may be extended based on performance, operational impact, growth contribution, and overall alignment with company goals. Successful candidates may be offered transition into a longer-term leadership role with salaried employment, expanded authority, and performance-based incentives. ⸻ Compensation Competitive contract compensation based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated capability.
