PART-TIME ECOMMERCE & MARKETING SUPPORT | Portland, OR

We're a small ecommerce business based in Portland, OR, and we're looking for a motivated, multi-talented team member to help us grow and keep things running smoothly. If you love a mix of hands-on work and creative tasks — this role is for you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pack & Ship Orders — Carefully pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment; maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area Influencer & UGC Marketing — Help identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators; assist in sourcing and managing user-generated content (UGC) for our brand Social Media Management — Create, schedule, and post content across our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.); engage with our community and help grow our following Email Customer Service — Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly; resolve order issues, returns, and general questions with a friendly, solution-focused attitude

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

Are organized, reliable, and a self-starter Have a good eye for content and understand social media trends Are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment Have experience with ecommerce, shipping, or customer service (a plus, not required) Are based in Portland and available to work locally

Part-time, hourly position

Pay:

$18-$22/hr depending on experience
