Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Website & E-Commerce Specialist with strong expertise in Shopify , Amazon, digital marketing, website development, and online sales strategy. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and scale our online presence - primarily through our Shopify website - while also supporting additional platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. A background in medical supplies or healthcare product sales is a plus. This role centers on building a high-performing website experience, improving user flow, and driving online conversions across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize our Shopify website , including navigation, UI/UX updates, product pages, and apps. Build landing pages and implement CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies to increase online sales. Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify and other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay). Create, upload, and refine product descriptions, images, and pricing to maximize visibility and conversions. Generate qualified leads through digital channels, SEO, and online advertising. Respond to customer inquiries and support online order workflows. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for website traffic, advertising campaigns, and sales funnels. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with DME regulations and brand guidelines. Design or oversee the creation of website graphics, 3D product visuals, banners, and ads . Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO for continuous improvement of online visibility. Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization. Plan, create, and optimize content (blogs, landing pages, web copy) for search and users. Manage and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush. Collaborate with design, product, and clinical teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging. Support paid campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) and optimize landing pages for performance. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and healthcare digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Shopify development , e-commerce management, or online marketing (DME/healthcare preferred). Strong proficiency with Shopify , SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller tools, and other marketing platforms. Expertise in website development , including optimizing user experience and page performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing guidelines (preferred but not required). Must be available for alternating weekly in-person and virtual meetings.
Compensation:
