Baby Delight Joovy Go With Me Omada Golf Phantom Farms Phantom Farms Brewing Across our portfolio, we invest hundreds of thousands of dollars annually into customer acquisition and are looking for a Media Manager to take ownership of our Meta and Google advertising efforts. This role will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns while working closely with our creative, ecommerce, and leadership teams to drive profitable growth. We are looking for someone who is analytical, competitive, data-driven, and obsessed with finding opportunities to improve advertising performance. Position Overview The Media Manager will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid advertising across Meta and Google for all brands within the Macari Brands portfolio. This individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, improving advertising efficiency, scaling customer acquisition, and helping drive profitable revenue growth across multiple ecommerce businesses. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and day-to-day campaign management. ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management Manage Meta advertising across all portfolio brands Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns Build, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns Monitor daily campaign performance and pacing Manage audience development and targeting strategies Allocate budgets across brands and products Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns Creative Strategy & Testing Work directly with our creative team to develop new ad concepts Create structured creative testing plans Analyze winning and losing advertisements Develop creative briefs and campaign recommendations Continuously improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and acquisition costs Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor key metrics including:

Conversion Rate Revenue New Customer Acquisition Develop weekly and monthly performance reports Analyze trends and identify growth opportunities Present recommendations to leadership based on data and performance Growth & Customer Acquisition Develop acquisition strategies for each brand Support product launches and promotional campaigns Improve customer acquisition efficiency Expand direct-to-consumer revenue through Shopify Grow email acquisition and retargeting programs Identify opportunities to improve profitability across channels Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with ecommerce, creative, and leadership teams Support website conversion optimization efforts Coordinate marketing calendars and promotional initiatives Collaborate on new product launches and growth initiatives QualificationsRequired 3+ years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns 2+ years of experience managing Google advertising campaigns Experience working with ecommerce brands Strong analytical and reporting skills Experience managing advertising budgets and campaign optimization Understanding of customer acquisition metrics and attribution Ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations Preferred Experience with Shopify Experience with Google Analytics 4 Experience with Performance Max campaigns Experience working with consumer products brands Experience managing multiple brands or product categories Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms Success Metrics Success in this role is measured by: Revenue Growth Advertising Efficiency Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) Shopify Revenue Growth New Customer Acquisition Contribution Margin Improvement Success is not measured by how much money is spent. Success is measured by how efficiently revenue and profit are generated.
