Marketplace Manager (eCommerce)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketplace Manager to oversee and optimize our presence across major online marketplaces. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing product listings, improving conversion rates, and ensuring operational excellence across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other third-party channels. Qualifications:

Proficient in either Excel or Sheets 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce marketplaces Manage and grow marketplace channels including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and other platforms Profient in Wordpress Leverage ChannelAdvisor to manage product feeds, listings, inventory synchronization, and order flow Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, imagery, keywords) to improve search rankings and conversion rates Monitor and analyze KPIs including sales performance, margins, traffic, and conversion rates Develop and execute strategies to expand marketplace revenue and market share Manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, sponsored listings, promotions) Ensure consistent and accurate product data across all channels Troubleshoot feed, listing, and integration issues within ChannelAdvisor Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and trends within the office furniture category Maintain marketplace compliance and account health standards Order entry Experience Create new listings in

Odoo Accounting Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing Amazon, Walmart, or similar marketplaces Proven hands-on experience with ChannelAdvisor (feed management, integrations, reporting) Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and multi-channel selling Proficiency in Excel and Sheets Must know how to work with data Wordpress knowledge Knowledge of Java a PLUS Experience with marketplace SEO and listing optimization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of digital advertising strategies within marketplaces

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
