Job Description
Gold Spectrum CBD Ecommerce Manager Position Summary The Ecommerce Manager is a results-driven, high-performance leader responsible for owning and optimizing all Shopify-based fulfillment and digital operations with a zero-error, zero-delay standard. This role drives end-to-end execution of order processing, product listing management, and inventory accuracy while ensuring every SKU is fully optimized for conversion through precise data, pricing, and high-quality imagery.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain absolute inventory accuracy across all systems through continuous audits and immediate discrepancy resolution Build and scale automated workflows to increase speed, reduce manual intervention, and improve operational efficiency Integrate and manage backend systems (inventory, shipping, ERP/CRM) to ensure real-time synchronization and data integrity Lead coordination between ecommerce, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure flawless execution from order to delivery Oversee shipping operations (USPS) within Shopify, ensuring fast, compliant, and accurate label generation Take full control of returns and exchanges, ensuring rapid turnaround and precise inventory reconciliation Drive customer attainment and retention by delivering a fast, accurate, and reliable fulfillment experience Monitor customer feedback, order issues, and behavioral trends to continuously improve conversion and repeat purchase rates Train, manage, and hold team members accountable to high-performance standards across all systems and workflows. Making sure that every item that leaves and returns to E-commerce room is scanned out of and into the system. Continuously optimize SOPs and systems to support scalability, speed, and operational excellence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Same-Day Fulfillment Rate:
95% of all orders processed and shipped same-day (cutoff time dependent)Order Accuracy Rate:
99% accuracy (<1% error rate across all fulfilled orders)Inventory Accuracy:
98-100% alignment between system and physical inventoryListing Completeness:
100% of active SKUs fully optimized (descriptions, pricing, inventory, images)Order Processing Time:
Average order processing time under defined daily SLA (e.g., <6 hours)Return Processing Time:
Returns processed and restocked within 24 hours of receiptCustomer Satisfaction:
Maintain high CSAT through low error rates, fast shipping, and minimal fulfillment issuesSystem Uptime & Sync Accuracy:
Near-zero tolerance for unresolved sync errors or listing discrepancies Shopify experience is required i.e. back-end management, fulfillment, web design and development.
