This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the performance, accuracy, and scalability of receiving, fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping functions. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, drive process improvement, and ensure operational standards are consistently met. This position reports directly to senior Operations leadership and is expected to operate with a high degree of ownership and independent decision-making within established company guidelines. Key Responsibilities Own daily warehouse operations including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping accuracy Lead, coach, and hold warehouse staff accountable for performance, productivity, attendance, and quality standards Make independent operational decisions within defined company guardrails; escalate only when necessary Maintain, evaluate, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs, workflows, and facility layout Identify operational risks and inefficiencies; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigation Develop and maintain team training programs; ensure onboarding effectiveness and identify skill gaps Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide clear reporting and action plans to Operations leadership Ensure quality control inspections are completed accurately and consistently Own warehouse safety programs, training, and incident response Serve as the primary warehouse partner to Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
Requirements Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or operations environments Demonstrated experience leading and directing teams in a warehouse or operational setting Strong ability to build, standardize, and improve operational processes Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsPreferred:
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-SKU environments Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience with workflow or project management tools Experience managing projects, process changes, or non-routine operational workPosition Details Location:
