Description We are hiring an E-commerce Support Representative to oversee shipping, handling, and receiving of e-commerce and call-in orders. You will be asked to answer incoming phone calls and email as well as process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints/issues. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain professional, calm, and cheerful when dealing with customers during all aspects of the sales process. You will also be expected to learn and assist in dealing with our vendors and distributors to ensure products remain in-stock and available to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and ship out orders in a timely manner Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always. Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding order processing. Acknowledging and resolving order complaints/issues. Having a general knowledge of Nedley Health products and services. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the order process. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback. Requirements High-school diploma Excellent knowledge of MS Office Ability to be incredibly organized Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Preferred Proven work experience as a retail and/or e-commerce retail clerk Previous experience working in QuickBook, Shopify, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office. Experience working with online orders and shipping carriers.
