About Us Osprey Co., located in Plano, Texas, is seeking an organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to support and grow our online marketplace operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Amazon management, digital advertising, and e-commerce logistics who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative office environment. 2. Key responsibilities 2.1. E-commerce Marketplace Management Manage Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce marketplace accounts Create, update, and optimize product listings Monitor product performance, pricing, and marketplace trends Manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns 2.2. Operations Management Coordinate Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns Monitor inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment processes Work with logistics and fulfillment partners to ensure timely deliveries Analyze sales performance and prepare operational reports Support overall e-commerce growth and daily operations 3. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, E-commerce, or related field Language skill: Vietnamese or Mandarin are preferred Experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms Experience with PPC advertising Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 4.
