$45-$50/hour Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth on our internal e-commerce platform and external partner platforms by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy, a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce space. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. Ensure accurate and timely order processing, addressing any customer inquiries or issues promptly. Stay updated on e-commerce platform policies, tools, and best practices to maximize sales efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in e-commerce sales or a related field. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce). Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management systems. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or 3+ Years of experience in a similar role. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Knowledge of social media marketing and influencer partnerships.
