Parts Associate | eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist

We're looking for a detail-driven, process-minded Parts Associate / eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist to support both online order fulfillment and in-branch parts operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring fast, accurate shipping, well-organized inventory, and a smooth customer experiance across digital and in-person channels. Commerce Fulfillment:

Process and fulfill online orders quickly and accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare shipments using standard fulfillment and shipping platforms. Maintain accurate product data, inventory counts, and posting updates in WooCommerce / WordPress. Add new products, correct errors, remove discontinued items, and update stock statuses. Communicate with customers regarding orders, availablity, tracking, and returns. Parts & Inventory Operations Assist walk-in customers with parts inquiries and purchases. Track and replenish stock levels; coordinate with the Parts Manager on non-stock orders. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory; verify against purchase orders. Support cycle counts and regular inventory accuracy processes. Maintain an organized, clean, and safety-focused parts/warehouse area. Cross-Team Support Partner with Service and Marketing teams on parts needs and product information. Assist with rental equipment check-in/check-out procedures. Help load/unload freight as needed. Complete assigned training and follow company policies and procedures. Perform other duties to support smooth daily operations. What Makes You a Great Fit Strong attention to detail and accuracy - especially in order fulfillment. Experiance with eCommerce, shipping software, or warehouse systems (preferred but not required) Familiarity with WorkPress/WooCommerce (Preferred) Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Mechanically inclined or interested in learning about equipment/parts. Dependable, organized, coachable, and ready to learn. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
