Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily e-commerce order processing, shipping label creation, and shipment platform operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Create, maintain, and update BOMs in the system based on order requirements, ensuring that product bundles, accessories, packaging, and related information are accurate. Use shipping platforms, ERP systems, or other business systems to verify orders, select appropriate shipping methods, generate shipping labels, and complete related operational tasks. Communicate with warehouse, purchasing, operations, and customer service teams to resolve order, inventory, BOM, or logistics-related issues in a timely manner. Assist in optimizing order processing workflows, shipping method selection processes, and system operation procedures to improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce shipping costs. Assist with organizing order, inventory, and logistics data to support daily operations and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce, warehouse fulfillment, order processing, logistics operations, or ERP system operations is preferred. Basic Excel skills, including data organization, filtering, and simple formulas. Strong learning ability and the ability to quickly become familiar with different platforms, systems, and business processes. Detail-oriented and sensitive to order information, product bundles, inventory data, and system accuracy. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse, operations, purchasing, and customer service teams. Strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to make reasonable decisions based on cost, delivery speed, order requirements, and inventory status. Responsible and reliable, with the ability to maintain accuracy and execution efficiency during high order volume or time-sensitive situations. Fluent in Mandarin preferred
Pay:
The base salary range for this position is $50000-$60000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. H1
