E-Commerce Sales Manager - Amazon Vendor Central We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead and grow our Amazon business across both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) platforms. This role will own the full Amazon channel strategy, balancing wholesale (1P) and direct-to-consumer (3P) models to maximize revenue, profitability, and brand presence within our product categories. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on , with deep Amazon expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience navigating the complexities of hybrid selling environments. Key Responsibilities Amazon Account Management (1P + 3P) Manage day-to-day operations across Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts Own item setup, listing quality, catalog health, and content optimization Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, operational standards, and performance metrics Sales Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a holistic Amazon strategy leveraging both 1P and 3P channels Determine optimal channel mix (Vendor vs. Seller) for each product Drive revenue growth through assortment expansion, pricing strategies, and promotional planning Identify new opportunities such as bundles, exclusives, and seasonal launches Vendor Central (1P) Responsibilities Monitor and improve operational metrics (fill rate, chargebacks, shortages) Lead vendor negotiations, including cost, co-op funding, and terms Partner with Amazon buyers and category managers to grow the business Seller Central (3P) Responsibilities Manage 3P storefront, including inventory planning, fulfillment (FBA/FBM), and account health Optimize listings for SEO, conversion, and Buy Box ownership Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and competitive positioning Manage account performance metrics Advertising & Marketing Plan and execute Amazon advertising strategy (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI across both 1P and 3P channels Coordinate deals, coupons, and promotional events (Prime Day, holiday, etc.) Collaborate on A+ content, images, and brand store enhancements Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze performance using Vendor Central, Seller Central, and analytics tools (ARA, Brand Analytics) Track KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, sales velocity, and profitability Provide regular reporting, forecasts, and actionable insights Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Partner with supply chain to align inventory with demand across 1P and 3P models Forecast demand and manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stocks or excess inventory Support product launches and lifecycle management Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams to drive cohesive Amazon strategies Provide Amazon-specific insights for product innovation and packaging optimization Qualifications 4+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts, including both Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) Experience in consumer products preferred Proven success growing revenue and profitability on Amazon Strong analytical and financial acumen Deep familiarity with Amazon tools Experience with Amazon advertising platforms Key Skills Expertise in hybrid Amazon selling strategy (1P vs. 3P decision-making) Strong problem-solving and operational troubleshooting skills Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel capabilities Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Performance Metrics Total Amazon revenue growth Profitability and margin improvement Buy Box ownership and conversion rates In-stock rates and inventory turn Reduction in chargebacks and operational defects Advertising ROI and campaign performance Why Join Us Own a high-impact, high-growth Amazon channel Opportunity to shape a hybrid 1P/3P strategy Collaborative team environment with strong growth potential We are an equal opportunity employer who does not discriminate based on any legally protected status or characteristic.
