Commercial Systems Leader Location:
Waukesha, WI (100% Onsite | Monday-Friday | 1st Shift) Make an Impact Where Technology Meets Commercial Excellence We're seeking a Commercial Systems Leader to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of key commercial tools and processes across our Power Transformer Division. This is a high-visibility role where you will own the end-to-end commercial systems landscape —from Inquiry-to-Order through Order-to-Remittance—partnering cross-functionally to drive efficiency, data integrity, and an exceptional customer experience. Strategy:
Act as the commercial product owner for
CRM, CPQ, ERP
integrations, pricing, quoting, and order management tools.
Drive Innovation:
Lead system enhancements and implementations that streamline Inquiry-to-Order and Order-to-Remittance processes.
Deliver Results:
Define roadmaps, set priorities, and execute projects from concept through deployment.
Bridge Business & IT:
Translate commercial needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Optimize Processes:
Identify automation opportunities to reduce cycle time, eliminate rework, and enhance operational efficiency.
Improve Data Quality:
Establish and maintain master data and business rules for pricing, configuration, and order validation.
Enable Teams:
Create training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
Measure Success:
Build dashboards and reporting (quote cycle time, conversion rates, order accuracy, etc.) to drive insights.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with Sales, Finance, Planning, Legal, and IT to solve challenges and drive alignment.
Lead Change:
Champion continuous improvement and user adoption through communication and feedback loops. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations or a related business function (not IT-only) Strong experience working with CRM, ERP, CPQ, pricing, or order management systems Deep understanding of lead-to-cash processes (quoting, pricing, configuration, ordering) Proven ability to gather requirements, lead projects, and influence stakeholders Experience with UAT, release management, and post-go-live support Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action Excellent communication skills—able to connect business and technical teams Willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic & international) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field Experience in manufacturing or complex B2B environments Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or similar ecosystems Familiarity with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) Knowledge of data governance, integrations, and master data management Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience Why Join Us?
