Job Description

Job Summary Reed's Wraps is looking for a full time front desk person! Immediately available.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (Full time) (Sometimes a little early, sometimes a little late) 1 hour lunch each day.
Pay:
DOE & quality of work you can provide! Our pay schedule is Friday thru Thursday. Paid every Friday. Primary responsibilities will be (but not limited to): Processing complex invoices, both customer invoices & inputting parts invoices (etc) Answering phones & greeting customers. Holding down the fort when others are away at a job location. Processing customer payments (cash, check, & CC) Verifying inventory of material when it arrives & before its given to customers. Help keep the office & surrounding areas clean. Help with misc. printing & vinyl sticker jobs. Other duties as assigned. This is a good position for: Someone who is
