Job Description

Description We're hiring a Prime Video Quantitative Market Research Manager to bring deep expertise to a team at the center of PV's audience strategy and growth. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in advanced statistics and quantitative methodologies and can design and execute high-impact analyses across large-scale datasets. You will work across Business, Programming, Marketing, and Product teams to translate complex business questions into rigorous research designs that deliver answers that move the business forward. Key job responsibilities
Drive Quantitative Research:
Lead complex quantitative research initiatives, diving deep on priority areas with rigor and methodological depth, while staying curious and engaged across the full research landscape to increase the team's total research output.
Advanced Statistical Analysis:
Apply sophisticated quantitative methods including segmentation analysis, discrete choice modeling, conjoint analysis, MaxDiff & TURF, structural equation modeling, and regression analysis to solve difficult business problems.
Customer Segmentation Expertise:
Develop and refine audience segmentation frameworks that identify priority growth cohorts, understand customer motivations, and enable targeted content and marketing strategies
Large-Scale Data Analysis:
Analyze large-scale behavioral datasets combined with survey and voice of customer data to deliver comprehensive insights
AI-Powered Research & Scalable Infrastructure:
Partner with technical teams to scope, pilot, and adopt AI tools and automated workflows that accelerate insights generation
Stakeholder Partnership:
Work closely with Programming, Marketing, and Product teams to scope research questions, align on methodologies, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
Ad Hoc:
Support with rapid-turnaround analyses and the day-to-day delivery on Ad hoc insights requests
Insights Communication:
Deliver clear, compelling research narratives that connect the "what" with the "so what" and "now what" for stakeholders including senior leadership About the team The US PV Planning and Audience Insights team serves as PV's strategic and analytical backbone, defining our priority audiences and growth objectives while delivering the customer intelligence, rigorous analytics, and AI-powered solutions that enable the organization to achieve them. You'll join a collaborative research team working alongside data scientists, analysts, and product-tech experts to turn data into direction and strategy into action. Our focus areas include AI tooling & automation, audience infrastructure & insights, and applying these capabilities across PV. Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
  • Experience in survey design and datasets
  • Knowledge of quantitative approaches (e.g., t-tests, regressions, ANOVAs, etc.)
  • Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling
  • Experience with end-to-end project management, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience in vendor management Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of statistical software such as R, Python
  • Experience effectively gathering information from multiple data sources
  • Experience analyzing data quantitatively and using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identifying opportunities, and assessing the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience in the entertainment industry

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
