Job Description

Team is looking for more of a survey analytics background , with knowledge of Python Pandas or R. Pls see a job description below. Either the data engineer or data analyst role would work.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of surveys incl. data cleaning, weighting, statistical testing, and crosstabs. Analyze survey data to prepare descriptive stats (crosstabs and distributions) Design and run A/B tests and refine questionnaires by translating research questions into measurable survey questions Adopt AI tools (where relevant) to automate workflows
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree 5+ years of demonstrated success in customer insights/market research in a consumer technology/consumer company or market research firm , preferably in a global role Strong statistics foundation Experience analyzing large-scale survey data using code developed in Python Pandas / R , as well as Excel, Keynote/Powerpoint and Jupyter Notebook. Technical database/data modeling knowledge and querying with SQL on large datasets Highly analytical, intellectually curious, with a proven track record in solving business problems using data-science driven solutions and quantitative survey analysis Experience with survey platforms (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, Decipher, Sawtooth, etc.) Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization technologies a plus
