Job Description

SEO/SEM Specialist -- Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time | Start $25/hr

August Apparel is America's fast-fashion clothing company offering B2B and B2C services. We started business in 2011 and opened the first wholesale store in the Los Angeles fashion district. Now, we offer multi-brand products like Endless Rose, English Factory, Gray Lab, and Free the Roses. We offer well-designed and valued fashion goods to our consumers. "We love fashion, and we know the business." We are looking for a talented Production Assistant to join our team! What you will do : Analyze website performance and digital campaign metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI, CPA/CPC). Define KPIs and generate reports to track and optimize marketing performance. Set up and manage analytics tools to monitor user behavior and website performance. Collaborate with developers to improve website structure, SEO, and overall visibility. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, email, social media, affiliate, and display). Develop and implement online marketing and content strategies. Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization for SEO, conversion rates, and user experience. Optimize website content, digital assets, and shopping experience for search and usability. Perform keyword research and analyze search trends, market data, and competitor performance. Build partnerships with external stakeholders (bloggers, affiliates, media) for link-building and exposure. Monitor and report on search marketing activities, providing insights to leadership. Evaluate new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and design teams to align strategies. Manage product visibility, catalog accuracy, and website content to improve discoverability. Support campaign planning across multiple sales channels and media formats (banner, video, etc.). Conduct market research and financial forecasting for digital initiatives. Assist in vendor/partner negotiations and contract evaluations. Support development of web applications and digital content using basic programming and design tools. Ensure positive user experience through customer service processes and issue resolution. What we looking for : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing experience. 3+ years of experience using marketing promotional and analysis tools such as SEMrush, BrightEdge, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, and more. Approachable and flexible attitude while handling multiple projects at the same time. Strong project management skills with proven abilities to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, collaborate across departments, and work with internal and external partners. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Sales and results-oriented Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Excellent communication skills Strong data analysis ability Strong attention to detail combined with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize.
