$78.11 - $84.45 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
This role involves analyzing email campaign performance and driving incremental growth across various customer journey stages. You will be responsible for designing and interpreting experiments to validate campaign effectiveness. Insights derived from your hands-on analysis will inform strategic decisions and be communicated to stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize email performance for customer acquisition and retention. Develop and execute controlled experiments to measure campaign impact. Extract and analyze data to generate actionable insights. Establish robust reporting frameworks and define key metrics for email. Collaborate with marketing teams to translate findings into improved strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in email lifecycle analytics. Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Industry Experience:
Experience with various marketing platforms and a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management across digital channels is preferred.
