CRM Data Analyst Location:
Watsonville, California Company:
Sterling Pacific Financial Position Overview Sterling Pacific Financial is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy CRM Data Analyst to support our growing marketing, investor relations, and business development operations. This role is responsible for managing and organizing contact databases, supporting digital marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM data quality, and helping generate and track marketing leads across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will help centralize and structure contact information from multiple sources while supporting outbound marketing initiatives and ongoing lead generation efforts. This position combines CRM administration, database management, marketing operations, social media coordination, and campaign analytics into one highly impactful operational role. Primary Responsibilities CRM & Contact Database Management
  • Import, organize, normalize, and maintain contact databases within HubSpot
  • Consolidate contact information from multiple sources, including Excel/CSV files, Outlook contacts, website inquiries, social media campaigns, conferences, directories, and internal databases
  • Deduplicate and cleanse CRM records
  • Standardize company names, addresses, phone numbers, job titles, tags, and categories
  • Build and maintain segmented marketing and outreach lists
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and hygiene standards
  • Assist with contact enrichment and lead verification
  • Manage CRM workflows, tagging structures, and audience segmentation Social Media & Marketing Campaign Support
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing platforms
  • Monitor campaign engagement and performance metrics
  • Capture and organize inbound lead activity generated through campaigns
  • Harvest marketing response data and load qualified leads into HubSpot
  • Assist with campaign targeting, audience management, and outreach coordination
  • Support email marketing and mailing list initiatives
  • Help improve marketing workflows and lead conversion processes Lead Generation & Research
  • Research and identify potential investors, customers, business relationships, and strategic contacts
  • Gather and structure lead data from online and public sources
  • Support lead generation initiatives for real estate, self-storage, hospitality, lending, investor relations, and family office outreach
  • Assist management with maintaining organized and actionable prospect databases Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate CRM and campaign performance reports
  • Track lead generation activity and campaign conversion metrics
  • Monitor outreach effectiveness and database growth
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and database quality
  • Assist with KPI tracking and management reporting Qualifications Required Qualifications
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management skills
  • Experience managing marketing databases and mailing lists
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to professionally handle confidential investor and business information Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Outlook contact exports/imports

  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and email marketing compliance best practices Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
