Job Description
Senior Business Analyst leads the consolidation of two Salesforce CRM systems into a unified platform, driving integration, data migration, and process optimization while collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and Agile squads to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis for consolidating two Salesforce CRM systems into a unified platform. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM functionality, data migration, and process workflows. Develop process maps, Visio diagrams, and procedural workflows to support integration. Facilitate data mapping, integration, and migration from legacy systems to Salesforce while leading cross‑functional workshops to address workflow challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify decision points and optimize business processes across teams. Partner with technical teams to ensure functional requirements align with system capabilities. Support the sunsetting of legacy CRM systems and ensure a smooth transition to the integrated Salesforce platform. Maintain documentation in Jira for traceability and alignment with business goals. Work closely with Agile teams, product owners, and developers to deliver integration milestones on time.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on CRM system integration and process optimization Proven experience with Salesforce CRM (functional/business side) in system consolidation or large‑scale integration projects Expertise in data mapping, data integration, and migrating from legacy systems to cloud platforms Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including working within two‑week sprints and writing user stories Hands‑on experience with Jira for documentation and workflow tracking Strong understanding of process modeling tools like Visio or similar Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Pega or workflow automation tools is a plus Relevant certifications in Agile, Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI‑PBA), or Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) are a plus
