Responsibilities Manage and execute research projects from end-to-end, including survey creation, distribution, data analysis, and reporting Communicate with stakeholders to support research initiatives, including follow-ups and responding to inquiries Analyze data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support business decision-making Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators such as revenue and engagement Conduct historical data analysis to support forecasting and budgeting efforts Document workflows and improve internal processes for efficiency and scalability Identify and implement opportunities for automation, data quality improvements, and system enhancements Provide support for CRM systems, including data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and user support Assist with improving overall data infrastructure and contributing to data organization initiatives Support cross-functional projects, including event coordination, communications, and operational tasks as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field 0-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or business operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, or similar) is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and survey tools is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven work independently Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment Interest in process improvement, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI) is a plusSimilar jobs in Washington, DC
