This entry-level to early-career role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of technology, customer experience, and data. You'll serve as the first line of support for CRM users—troubleshooting issues, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting daily system operations. You'll also gain exposure to AI tools and automation in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level CRM support and troubleshooting Manage user setup, roles, and access Perform data audits to ensure accuracy Assist with reports and dashboards Monitor AI tools (chatbots, workflows) Support onboarding and CRM adoption Identify workflow improvements and partner with teams
Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) Basic reporting and Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) Comfortable with technology and AI concepts 0-2+ years in CRM, operations, or support Call center or high-volume environment experience preferred
