We work with dealers, tuning shops, performance enthusiasts, and distributors across the United States and international markets. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated person to help manage online leads, customer follow-ups, CRM activities, and inside sales operations. This is NOT a traditional high-pressure sales position. We are looking for someone smart, organized, tech-oriented, and proactive. Responsibilities Manage incoming online leads from website, social media, and advertising campaigns Follow up with customers via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp Maintain and organize CRM pipeline (Pipedrive) Help qualify leads and assist with sales conversions Coordinate customer communication and sales process Work closely with marketing and management teams Help improve response times and customer experience Assist with light administrative and customer support tasks Generate quotes and basic sales documentation Requirements Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using CRM systems and technology Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with automotive/performance industry is a plus Experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar CRM is a plus English required Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Compensation Base salary: $16 per hour + sales bonus Performance bonuses available Career growth opportunities Work with an exciting and rapidly growing industry Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Responds quickly Enjoys organization and communication Likes technology and automotive culture Is proactive and self-motivated Wants to grow with the company long-term Location Sanford, FL (On-site position) To apply, please send your resume and a short introduction about yourself.
