This position combines system configuration, reporting, integration support, and business analysis to help organizations improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, translating business objectives into practical technical solutions, and contributing to successful project delivery across complex environments.
Responsibilities:
Partner with client stakeholders to identify business goals, document functional needs, and convert those needs into scalable Oracle application solutions. Configure Oracle cloud modules and related platform capabilities to align system behavior with operational requirements. Design, build, and enhance reporting solutions using Oracle reporting and analytics tools to deliver meaningful business insights. Support application integrations and data movement activities, including validation, issue resolution, and coordination during migration efforts. Investigate system defects, analyze root causes, and provide timely fixes or recommendations to maintain stable performance. Contribute to upgrade and enhancement initiatives by assessing impacts, testing changes, and supporting smooth deployment activities. Develop data queries, technical logic, and API-based connections to enable reliable reporting and cross-system functionality. Provide user guidance, knowledge transfer, and solution recommendations to encourage adoption and improve overall client experience. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications or related Oracle enterprise platforms in a consulting or implementation environment. Ability to create reports and analytics deliverables using tools such as BI Publisher and other Oracle reporting technologies. Working knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL for querying data, troubleshooting issues, and supporting reporting needs. Experience supporting integrations, APIs, or connected systems within enterprise application landscapes. Strong skills in gathering business requirements and producing clear functional or technical documentation. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders, presenting recommendations, and communicating risks or challenges effectively. Familiarity with configuration management, client-side scripting, or CRM development concepts, including API-related work. Exposure to enterprise-scale projects, team coordination, mentoring, or consultative delivery approaches is preferred.
