POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Communications team at Milliman encompasses a wide range of omnichannel marketing experiences that amplify our firm's client-tailored solutions. Joining our team means you will play an integral role in helping to increase awareness, drive demand, and create value by managing data and processes affiliated with our Client Relationships Management (CRM) tool. Milliman's CRM program is integral to the continued growth of the firm. We are seeking a tech-savvy and data-driven professional to join our CRM team as a CRM Specialist. This individual will act as the primary point-of-contact for ensuring accurate client data hygiene, managing ongoing data maintenance tasks, and performing analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data maintenance and analysis Manage the quality and transfer of source data to CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) Monitor data hygiene and perform data audits and analysis. Identify opportunities to implement processes to improve data quality Responsible for data maintenance tasks Collaborate with marketing team to identify and build customer data segments for marketing campaigns and analytics using CRM queries User and system support Triage user support requests, resolve where possible and work in partnership with other team members when necessary Help maintain training material and user documentation Manage new user onboarding including license set up and leading introductory training Support analysis of system modifications. Document requirements, support development of test plans, execute test scenarios, and track results Analytics & reporting Participates in Marketing planning and status meetings and reports regular work status and performance analysis Identifies reporting needs, documents requirements and monitors data for valuable trends and insights on behavior and preferences Documents business rules, segmentation strategies and campaign workflows
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree Minimum 1 year of experience with database marketing projects and analysis The ideal candidate must have Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint and OneNote. The ideal candidate must have the understanding of querying data and creating meaningful reports Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have the ability to organize a multitude of tasks, projects, and information simultaneously within time constraints, while maintaining high attention to detail
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
Prior experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Working knowledge of database marketing and customer segmentation strategy.
