Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Niles, Illinois, and involves working with NetSuite and other systems to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach to effectively integrate and manage systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain product settings within NetSuite and Salesforce platforms.
  • Document and map system processes to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage Business Requirement Documents to align with organizational goals.
  • Perform data mapping tasks to ensure accurate data integration across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline integration processes.
  • Contribute to configuration management, ensuring systems operate optimally.
  • Support acquisition integration efforts to align new business units with existing systems.
  • Facilitate continuous integration and improvement in a dynamic environment.
  • Provide technical expertise during system upgrades or adjustments.
