Our downtown location in Rockford, IL is commutable from Belvidere, Machesney Park, Loves Park, and Roscoe. What You'll Do Build, launch, and manage email & CRM campaigns for client accounts Work hands-on in platforms like Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp Segment audiences, schedule campaigns, and QA email deployments Help create automated customer journeys and lifecycle marketing flows Analyze campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and suggest improvements Use marketing analytics to power A/B testing and ongoing optimization Assist with client database management and audience targeting Collaborate with strategists, account managers, and designers to execute campaigns Contribute to light content work (email copy, basic assets, etc.) Learn and support broader digital efforts (paid media, SEO) as needed What We're Looking For Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data, or related field Internship, coursework, or project experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing Strong interest in data-driven marketing and campaign performance Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects Great communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Tech & Skills (Big Plus) Familiarity with email/CRM platforms (Iterable strongly preferred) Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS) for email building or troubleshooting Exposure to SQL, JavaScript, or working with data is a plus Understanding of how marketing platforms integrate with customer databases Experience with Excel or Google Sheets Why Join Us Startup environment with real ownership early on Hands-on experience with top-tier marketing tools (including Iterable) Work directly on client campaigns across multiple industries Learn fast, grow fast with mentorship and training Opportunity to build both technical and marketing skills Apply If You...
