Job Description
We're looking for a curious, data-loving Digital Optimization Strategist to help us drive results for some of our largest clients.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Managers (they handle the client conversations) while you focus on what you do best-building, optimizing, and improving campaigns across Paid Social and Display.
You'll spend your time digging into performance, spotting trends, testing new ideas, and turning data into smart decisions that make a real impact. If you enjoy figuring out why something is or isn't working-and then fixing it-this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doingManage and optimize campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and DisplayAnalyze performance and make adjustments to improve results (targeting, creative, placements, etc.)Keep a close eye on campaign trends and jump on opportunities in real timePartner with Account Managers to align performance with client goals and KPIsBuild audience targeting strategies that drive strong ROITurn data into clear, simple insights that others can easily understandCollaborate with creative teams to improve ad performanceTest new ideas, strategies, and approaches to keep campaigns fresh and effectiveStay up to date on platform changes and new trends in digital marketingWhat you bring3+ years of experience working in digital marketing (Paid Social + Display)Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTokStrong analytical skills-you're comfortable working with data and finding insightsSolid Excel skills (you don't need to be a wizard, but you know your way around)Ability to explain performance in a way that actually makes sense to othersA proactive mindset-you don't wait to be told what to doAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities without dropping the ballWhat will make you stand outYou're naturally curious and love testing and learningYou look at data and immediately start asking \
