$47,528.00 annualWork Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Three years of experience in new construction, real estate, appraisal, appraisal appeals, data management or analysis, or drafting. Must successfully pass the following courses within three years of hire date: International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) Course 101- Fundamentals of Real Property Appraisal, IAAO Course 102
- Income Approach to Valuation, IAAO Course 300
- Fundamentals of Mass Appraisal, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Kansas Property Tax Law, Kansas Personal Property and Assessment, Orion Introduction and Overview of Basic Functionality, Orion Sales File Development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three years of mass appraisal experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least one mass appraisal designation: Certified Assessment Evaluator (CAE), Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES), Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS), Mass Appraisal Specialist (MAS), or Registered Mass Appraiser (RMA) required.
