How You'll Make an Impact Optimize and organize global online product content to align with Valvoline data standards, governance requirements, and brand guidelines. Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and structured to address customer needs, and answer common questions across regions and channels. Identify and resolve content gaps to improve clarity, usability, and overall customer experience. Develop, publish, and maintain product content within the Hybris product content management system, effectively structuring attributes, specifications, descriptions, and digital assets. Maintain compliance with global data standards. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, eCommerce, and regional teams to support product launches, updates, and ongoing content optimization. Responsibilities Include Prepare and manage load files for syndicating Valvoline product GDSN and marketing data to customers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and industry requirements. Develop and deliver PIES and ACES data files to support customer systems and enhance their digital product presence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with industry standards. Build comprehensive knowledge of data standards and processes, along with a strong understanding of the business and how data enables operational effectiveness and supports customer needs. Collaborate with IT, Product Strategy, Creative Services, EH&S, Technical, Sales, and Marketing teams globally to meet business requirements and deliver a seamless, positive digital experience for Valvoline. Create and maintain global SAP Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Valvoline standards and governance rules, and completion within established service level metrics. Collaborate with external vendors and customers to deliver data in customer-specific, consumable formats and resolve issues related to data transmission and syndication. Support digital initiatives through ad hoc analysis and reporting to address evolving business needs and inform decision-making.
