Measurement at Keurig is about helping create consistent insights that are used to make consumer experiences work better and helping be the voice of the consumer for the enterprise. As a Principal Analyst, you are the lead designer and technical engine behind our digital measurement logic. You partner with leadership to define our measurement standards, ensuring we are focused on the insights that lead to better consumer experiences. We need a system-defining leader in Burlington who can influence decisions across teams and ensure we are solving the right problems to drive our global coffee transformation forward. You serve as the strategic bridge between technical execution and business vision. Acting as a consultative partner, you translate the commercial needs of Marketers, Merchants, and Product teams into measurement roadmaps, while collaborating with Data Science and Frontend Developers to deploy the signals that power our ecosystem. You orchestrate an "outcome-oriented" partnership model where technical effort is precisely balanced against strategic business impact. Accountabilities (The "What")
Data Lifecycle Management:
Design the tracking and measurement logic for the web property, overseeing the reliable integration of transactional data with internal reporting environments to support full-funnel visibility.
Executive Data Storytelling:
Design and deliver high-stakes data presentations for VP and SVP leadership, translating complex attribution and performance signals into clear, actionable business narratives.
Commercial Intelligence:
Proactively identify performance gaps and growth opportunities by connecting signals across the commerce stack, ensuring marketing strategies are anchored in validated consumer behavior and incrementality.
Measurement Effectiveness:
Own the accuracy of the data layer by establishing industry-leading baselines for LTV, NTF, CAC, and ROAS improvement targets to drive true business effectiveness and critical inputs into integrated business reporting to sales leadership.
AI Ecosystem Development:
Orchestrate the integration of BigQuery and marketing data into AI-driven workflows; utilize standardized protocols to provide LLMs with secure, real-time access to internal data repositories for advanced natural language querying.
E-commerce Ecosystem Optimization:
Maintain a high-integrity reporting ecosystem that bridges disparate data sources, ensuring a constant stream of actionable insights to proactively push strategic initiatives forward.
CRO Capability Productization:
Document conversion rate optimization (CRO) wins and testing outcomes, formalizing them into repeatable "analytical products" and capabilities that can be scaled across the broader enterprise.
Attribution Framework:
Design the framework for cross-channel attribution to reveal the true incremental contribution of every marketing dollar spent.
Privacy Future-Proofing:
Lead the transition to Server-Side tagging to future-proof our data collection against evolving privacy standards.
Advanced Visualization & Logic:
Build and maintain sophisticated, automated dashboards that serve as the "source of truth" for cross-functional partners, ensuring backend governance supports frontend needs.
Mentorship & Translation:
Mentor Senior Analysts on technical best practices and define complex concepts simply, so we have a shared language with partners outside the immediate team. Total Rewards:
Salary Range:
$96,800 - $142,000 Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing science, or BI, with a proven track record of managing complex data architectures and performing deep-dive IC analysis.
Expert Data Storyteller:
Proven ability to build compelling visualizations and present findings to executive-level stakeholders (VP/SVP), moving beyond "what happened" to "what we should do next."
Strategic Measurement & Growth:
Deep expertise in designing and scaling measurement frameworks, specifically focusing on Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), incrementality testing, and ROAS.
Shopify & Web Analytics Mastery:
Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Shopify data structures and GA4.
Systems Thinking & Documentation:
Proven ability to document analytical workflows and turn "one-off" experiments into scalable enterprise capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics); Master's degree or MBA preferred.
