Market Analyst Manager

Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Manager of Market Analysis, where you'll play a key role in evaluating and shaping future business opportunities. This position is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and analysis to support ground‑up developments, acquisitions, expansions at existing campuses, and new product or service offerings. The Manager of Market Analysis leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative market data through both primary and secondary research. This role is based onsite at our Home Office in Catonsville, Maryland. How you will make an impact Identify consumer market characteristics and key target market/primary market factors, including geographic barriers, psychological barriers (price, geographic), product preferences and concerns, reputation issues, etc. Analyze market demographics to provide insight into the potential for market demand at varying pricing/positioning levels and different care needs. Develop a profile of other products in the marketplace, including the competitive set (existing and new) and substitutes, to understand their offering, pricing, and positioning. Summarize all the data gathered and provide a written summary of each market attribute analyzed to guide recommendations for key project attributes Complete competitive analysis, identify and track new entrants and overall market environment. Provide regular analysis of local economic indicators in our current and prospective markets, such as real estate market trends, employment growth, unemployment rates, etc. What you will need Minimum of 5 years' experience in market analysis field or a mix of quantitative and qualitative market research experience. Preferred background in real estate, senior living, healthcare, or related industry.

Compensation:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
