Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm as needed POSITION OVERVIEW
Support the organizations sales function, including pricing & margin analysis, customer segmentation, promotional planning and analysis, new item development and pricing, customer targeting, gap analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and other sales development goals. Provide insights, data analysis and process improvement recommendations to achieve the organization's growth goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Support the organizations sales analysis and reporting, weekly tracking and sales executive ad hoc requests. 2. Assist with continued development of sales performance analysis, pricing structures & programs, and margin reviews and analysis (list not all-inclusive). 3. Prepare and provide expertise in the preparation of sales and marketing presentations, customer reviews, and new program launches. 4. Conduct and direct financial-based research and analysis projects independently. Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for sales planning, decision making, and evaluation of potential growth opportunities. 5. Strong comfort level in Excel and other databases (SQL, Access, etc.). 6. Communicate effectively and timely within the organization and with external customers or vendors. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments within organization. 7. Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1.
Bachelor's degree in Business. 2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing type business. 3. Possess business acumen, organization, accuracy, time management, and communication skills 4. Expert in office computer software use (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Proficient with various software applications such as ERP systems, accounting systems, spreadsheets, databases, and graphics packaged to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and reports. WORKING CONDITIONS
General office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands; and talk or hear. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The employee may lift, carry and/or move boxes and cartos up to 25 pounds.
