FCA Group The Affiliated Accessories & Licensing Portfolio Planner is responsible for the expansion and lifecycle management of third-party accessory partnerships supporting Stellantis vehicle brands. This role manages the Mopar Affiliated Accessories Program and Licensing portfolio, identifying strategic suppliers and product opportunities that expand the accessory portfolio while strengthening vehicle personalization, brand engagement, and revenue growth. The planner evaluates market opportunities and supplier capabilities to introduce competitive accessory products that complement Mopar Authentic Accessories and Direct Connection offerings. This role leads the supplier onboarding and portfolio integration process, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Sales Operations to ensure successful product launches and program execution. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier product portfolios, coordinating brand and trademark compliance, supporting pricing strategy and margin targets, and enabling product integration across distribution channels including dealer sales, digital retail platforms, and eCommerce environments. The planner also supports sales code development, product catalog integration, and system readiness to ensure affiliated and licensed products are accessible across Stellantis sales and service channels. Additionally, the planner monitors competitive accessory offerings, industry trends, and customer personalization demands to identify new product opportunities and supplier partnerships that strengthen the accessory portfolio. This role supports revenue growth by expanding the Affiliated Accessories Program with scalable supplier relationships while managing licensing partnerships that extend brand presence through merchandise and specialty products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new suppliers for the Mopar Affiliated Accessories Program to expand the accessory portfolio. Manage licensing relationships supporting branded merchandise and specialty accessory products. Evaluate supplier product portfolios to identify opportunities aligned with Stellantis vehicle platforms and customer personalization trends. Coordinate cross-functional approvals including Legal, Purchasing, Engineering, Marketing, and Brand teams. Support pricing strategy, margin targets, and financial performance tracking for affiliated and licensed products. Enable product integration into dealer channels, digital retail platforms, and eCommerce environments. Maintain compliance with trademark, branding, and licensing requirements. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify gaps and recommend new supplier partnerships.
