The Analyst will manage daily incentive operations, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to support product and pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and audit payout files, website incentives, and policy adjustments Prepare bulletins, sell sheets, and field communications Coordinate dealer launch decks, CRM/Web/App offer alignment, and field communications Support monthly incentive deck creation, dealer launch decks, and inventory chase analysis Conduct competitive research using sources like JD Power, S&P, ALG, and internal data Deliver customized intelligence reports and support product pricing analysis

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field 2+ years of experience in automotive incentives, pricing, or competitive analysis Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data sets Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools Excellent communication and reporting skills Benefits Salaried Employee Benefits (US, Non-Represented) Health & Wellbeing Comprehensive coverages encompassing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and overall Wellbeing of our employees, including short- and long-term disability.
