  • Work-life balance Job Summary The Innovation + Insights Analyst plays a key role in the Innovation space by delivering insights that help us better understand our members and markets.
This is a strategic data partner role embedded in the Innovation + Insights Team designed to inform smarter decisions about products, experiences, and how we show up for our members. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Innovation, Business Intelligence and Executive Leadership to understand their goals and the data needed to ensure we're making data-informed decisions that support our purpose. What You'll Do
  • Leverage data tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and SQL to collect, analyze and visualize data on members, competitors and market trends to drive insights that influence business and marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Integrator Advance (our MCIF)—responsible for managing data inputs, segmentation logic, and ensuring data integrity for marketing and strategic analysis.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines (primarily using Alteryx) that streamline reporting and uncover insights from disparate data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover the right questions and surface the insights that truly drive informed business decisions.
  • Convert complex datasets into understandable and actionable outputs—written summaries, presentations, tables and graphs—that are tailored for a non-technical audience.
  • Recommend and evaluate new data tools, external datasets, or methodologies that can improve how we understand member and business behaviors.
  • Partner with Marketing and Innovation teams to identify audience segments, target opportunities, and measure campaign performance through a data-driven lens.
  • Continually explore and analyze data to surface untapped member needs, product usage gaps, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Present key insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and other internal partners in a compelling, visually clear, and confident way. What You'll Bring
  • Proficient with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools to build intuitive dashboards and visual reports.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query language for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data to marketing and member engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Deep and innate curiosity to understand the "why" and seek out patterns and opportunities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Originality and initiative are important as well as the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data or marketing analytics role, preferably in financial services or a member-based organization.
  • Proven experience with Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and workflow management.
  • Experience working with MCIF platforms (Integrator Advance preferred), CRM systems, or customer data platforms.
  • Experience working with various levels of business leadership required. What You'll Get
