What You'll Do:

Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, retargeting) with a focus on ROI, leads, and leasing velocity Build and evolve our digital marketing strategy across web, social, paid media, and emerging platforms Use AI tools and automation to scale content, ads, insights, and efficiency Create campaigns that make multifamily real estate feel exciting Collaborate with development, property management, and leasing teams to tell compelling stories about our buildings, communities, and growth Track performance, analyze data, and constantly improve results Help position Capodagli as a modern, tech-forward real estate brand You're Probably a

Great Fit If You:
