Job Description:

Our client is looking to fill the role of Financial Executive Search Associate. $65,000-75,000

Responsibilities:

Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles while advising business leaders on strategy and process for each position. Demonstrate understanding of business operations, talent needs, and job requirements to assess candidate quality, skills and overall fit to identify the best candidate for each position. Source, screen, and recommend candidates to hiring managers using behavioral-based interviewing methodologies Partner with senior-level executive search consultants on projects and knowledge management Recommend candidate selection approach and target company lists through market research and intelligence through market research, data analytics and market intelligence Create high-quality documentation (e.g. talent mappings, candidate biographies, role specifications, confidential competitor intelligence reports) Reliably manage information in firm's proprietary database, tracking industry trends, talent moves and other relevant intelligence, including candidate contact details

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience At least two years of professional work experience (post-college) required Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, performance-based and client-centric environment Demonstrated capacity for handling multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of financial services experience considered a plus Relevant functional experience (market research, legal research, clinical research, talent research)
