Director of Sales Position Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance—helping leadership understand performance trends, optimize strategies, and make informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts for sales performance
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue targets
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales processes and operational efficiency
  • Support pricing analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting systems
  • Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
  • Experience with
TTI Sales Tools:
Syteline, Zoho, Power BI
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
  • Familiarity with forecasting and predictive analytics
