Who We AreAt 80 Acres Farms, we're on a mission to change the way the world eatsand we're looking for people who want to help us do it.
We grow pesticide-free salads, herbs, microgreens, and salad kits in smart vertical farms that produce more food with far fewer resourcesusing up to 95% less water and renewable electricity, with no reliance on weather or seasons. Our produce is available in more than 17,000 retail locations nationwide, including Kroger, Whole Foods, HEB, and The Fresh Market, and reaches food service partners across the country year-round.
What makes this possible is a combination of people, technology, and purpose. Our proprietary growing platform, developed by our technology subsidiary, Infinite Acres, provides our teams with real-time data and control over every aspect of the growing environmentmaking our farms among the most advanced in the world. We operate commercial farms in Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, and Colorado, packhouses in Indiana, Virginia, and Washington, and research and development facilities in Arkansas, Israel, and the Netherlands.
We've grown significantly through the acquisitions of Kalera and Soli Organic, and we're just getting started.

The Impact Youll MakeThe Customer Development Analyst drives data-driven growth across our national retail accounts. You will serve as the lead analytics partner for 12 primary customers while providing strategic reporting support for a broader portfolio of 45 additional accounts. By translating complex data into actionable narratives, you will directly influence trade effectiveness, forecast accuracy, and joint business planning to drive profitable growth.

What Youll Be Responsible ForStrategic Analytics & InsightsAccount Ownership:
Serve as the primary analytics partner for assigned accounts, delivering insights on revenue, volume, distribution, pricing, and profitability.Commercial Narrative:
Translate syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) and retailer POS into compelling stories for business reviews and Joint Business Planning (JBP).Growth Identification:
Proactively identify market risks and whitespace opportunities through trend analysis.Commercial Execution & PlanningTrade Optimization:
Analyze promotional ROI to improve trade spend effectiveness and investment decisions.Forecast Excellence:
Collaborate with Sales Ops and Supply Chain to align demand plans with market realities, improving total forecast reliability.Financial Discipline:
Partner with Finance to ensure trade tracking accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance.Cross-Functional PartnershipStakeholder Management:
Support Customer Development leaders and Account Managers with data-driven recommendations for customer-facing presentations.Process Improvement:
Enhance reporting efficiency by developing better dashboards and tools for the broader commercial team.What You BringExperience:
35 years in CPG analytics, sales finance, category management, or a related commercial role.Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel proficiency; hands-on experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) or retailer POS systems preferred.What Makes You Successful Here Communication:
Proven ability to simplify complex data for internal stakeholders and external customers.Business Acumen:
A strong understanding of how analytics impacts the P&L, specifically regarding trade and revenue.Agility:
