Responsibilities Sales Strategists conduct sophisticated analyses and work closely with partners across functions to help drive and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, drive operational scale and improve efficiency for continuous growth. You will be a strategic partner to the Sales team for Indeed's Enterprise Inside Sales segment (large direct employers and staffing companies) in the US. This role is perfect for a high-energy professional who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and helping a large organization run more efficiently. You will be joining Indeed in a role known for accelerating professional growth and producing many of our most influential business leaders. Help identify, scope and drive critical projects for Sales related initiatives partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization - especially in high profile AI product launches Lead sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, or competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to support decision-making Conduct deep-dive assessments of sales performance using quantitative data. You'll identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business Collaborate cross-functionally (with Finance, Product, Service teams) to refine recommendations and develop joint action plans Skills/Competencies Requires a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience Experience in consulting, finance, or other professional services OR strategy & operations experience at a technology company Fluency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau (or other data visualization platform); able to create and edit queries, pull data, and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) Highly detail-oriented, with solid business acumen and a clear sense of ownership and ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a history of influencing decisions Curious and willing to develop a deep understanding of the business and take initiative to suggest ways to improve Indeed's go-to-market strategy and operations S...
