Job Description

Description:
The Deal Desk Analyst will support the Go-To-Market team by managing deal intake, optimizing sales processes, and providing analytical insights to drive commercial success. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity within the CRM and collaborating with sales teams to streamline deal flow and support strategic business decisions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform intake responsibilities for deals and document critical information in the CRM, such as products, delivery details, and other discovery items. Create training documentation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) materials for the sales process to support the commercial team. Execute discovery checklists in early-in-stage deals alongside Account Executives to ensure qualification and alignment. Analyze and create SWOT analyses and information on competitor offerings. Provide ad hoc support on CRM improvements to enhance reporting capabilities and overall deal flow. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and company objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field required. 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial operations, or a related field preferred (preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or SaaS industries). Strong analytical skills with experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods. Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced commercial organization.
