Team Overview:
This team drives the Analytics practice for one of Annalect's most important clients, working cross-functionally with a highly engaged team of domain experts that deliver unique and innovative solutions and insights. In this position, your expertise will be valued and acknowledged by your peers in an organization that prioritizes collaboration and work/life balance.
Position Overview:
As an Analyst on the Analytics team, you will be tasked with aiding in the transformation of vast data sets into compelling and actionable insights. You will also work closely with leadership to collaborate across teams/agencies and participate in cross-channel analyses. Through data-driven insights, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a client's marketing strategy. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing related fields OR 1 to 2 years of of experience in a quantitative data driven field, marketing/media analytics, or other relevant field Strong excel skills (Leveraging features, Pivot Tables, Macros, and other advanced functions). Excellent communication skills are a must Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams Able to learn and work independently and autonomously, be self-driven, but always collaborating Preferred Understanding and familiarity of the marketing and digital media landscape, including nuance within media platforms and technology, SEO, owned social, PR, events, direct marketing, and sales optimization and analytics Experience with data visualization platforms (Datorama, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python Understanding of marketing mix modeling/econometric analysis and/or other branches of market research (custom survey research, advertising testing or tracking, new product research, etc.) Audience strategy and measurement Prior agency experience Experience delivering and operationalizing reporting solutions for clients
Key Responsibilities:
Translating data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights by leveraging advanced analytics tactics conducted by central resources Support the organization in analytics capabilities, including data visualization; campaign dashboarding, reporting, and data services Ensuring timely follow through on all scheduled and ad hoc deliverable, addressing potential roadblocks for scheduled and ad hoc deliverables with manager to ensure projects maintain alignment to timeline Assisting in the development of audience analytics, through audience & segmentation consistencies, research collaboration and insights extending performance reporting approach for audience insights Help develop and understand complex cross-channel marketing measurement plans Evaluate effects on marketing optimizations across different and disparate marketing channels Communicate deep analytics insights in a client-friendly way Perks of working at Annalect Culture! Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $52,000 - $75,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
