Title Business System Analyst with CRM Position Fulltime with client Location Remote / Hybrid (Irvine, CA)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations:
Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred) At least 3 years experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) Experience designing and supporting digital portals (customer, partner, or employee-facing) Familiarity with analytics Knowledgeable and experienced working in a regulated environment Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical and vice versa) Ability to translate, comprehend, and action both business and technical needs Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Enthusiastic, highly motivated, creative problem solver, proactive, adaptable, and curious Organized planner with project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence experience a plus) Experience with integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems
