Find your fit — and your future. We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our CRM and Lifecycle Marketing team. This role is central to the execution of our multi-channel direct marketing programs, with a focus on email, app push notifications, and SMS. You will manage daily production, quality assurance, marketing execution, and performance reporting of batch and trigger-based campaigns. You will collaborate with creative, product, data, and vendor partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences. About the Job CRM Marketing Support the Marketing Manager in the brainstorming, execution, and ongoing optimization of marketing programs across email, app, and SMS channels. Aid in creative briefing, documentation, and partner feedback Implement A/B testing strategy for program content, subject lines, send timing, and audience segmentation. Collaborate with product, data science, and vendor partners to bring personalized, data-driven experiences to life Launch and update programs with promotional calendars and eCommerce strategy changes Email, App & SMS Production Manage hands-on campaign setup (audience definition, content configuration), QA, and deployment for email, push notification, and SMS campaigns within the marketing platform Build audience definition, content configuration, and scheduling for ad hoc and planned promotional sends. Resize and adapt creative assets (graphics, images, copy) for use across channel templates and device types. Ensure all campaigns meet brand standards, are error-free, and render correctly across clients and devices before deployment Maintain accurate campaign documentation and production timelines. Vendor Coordination Be the daily contact with external vendors and technology partners supporting campaign execution and personalization. Partner with team members across Marketing, Creative, Retail, Product Management, and Data Science to agree on campaign goals and deliverables. Communicate on project status, flag risks early, and meet deliverables. Reporting Learn and contribute to weekly performance reporting for email, app, and SMS channels. Summarize data into applicable insights and present recommendations to the Marketing Manager and partners Conduct ongoing competitive research to identify the best CRM, automation and messaging strategies Support the testing roadmap by helping track experiment results and contributing to a culture of optimization About You BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 1-2 years of experience in a B2C marketing, CRM, or digital production role. 1+ years of experience with marketing automation or campaign management platforms (e.g., Cordial, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar). Experience editing email templates and timelines. Exposure to personalization or dynamic content tools (e.g., Movable Ink, Zembula). Comfortable working with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau) or eager to develop this skill. Project management skills. Collaborate across teams and with external partners. Experience with the B2C customer journey and lifecycle marketing principles Curiosity and a willingness to test new ideas, challenge assumptions, and learn from results This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $54,000 - $78,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. We base the amount an employee will earn within the salary range on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
