PAY RATE
$16-$26 / hour | W-2 Employment Part-Time Full-Time W-2 Employee
POSITION SUMMARY
Build and maintain public-sector contact lists, outreach campaigns, and follow-up tracking for municipalities, agencies, utilities, prime contractors, and procurement offices.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Research public works directors, sustainability officers, procurement contacts, city managers, and agency staff Build and clean contact lists; remove duplicates and verify contact accuracy Update CRM records, notes, tags, and follow-up dates Draft basic outreach templates for senior staff review Track outreach sequences and response rates
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Professional written and verbal communication skills Good internet research and contact verification skills Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and email tools Organized and able to manage a large volume of contact data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Interest in sales support, business development, marketing, government relations, or public administration
PHYSICAL & COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary to light work primarily computer-based; prolonged sitting at a workstation Ability to use keyboard, mouse, and monitor for extended periods (4-8 hours/day) Visual acuity sufficient to read documents, websites, spreadsheets, and digital screens Effective written and verbal communication via telephone or video conferencing Strong cognitive ability including sustained attention, detail orientation, and structured thinking No heavy lifting required occasional handling of documents up to 10 lbs Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities
